New Frontiers in Battery Development: Q&A with Dr. Nicholas Grundish

May 17, 2022

Where are the most exciting opportunities for innovation in the battery industry? In Aionics Fortnightly Episode 27, we’ll sit down with Dr. Nicholas Grundish to discuss his perspective on the frontiers of both fundamental battery R&D as well as battery commercialization.

Lithium metal anodes? High performance cathodes? How about sodium-ion batteries? As the final Ph.D. student of Nobel laureate and Li-ion battery co-inventor Prof. John Goodenough, and the current Vice President of Battery Technology at Energy Exploration Technologies Inc., a direct lithium extraction and lithium metal battery company, Dr. Grundish has a uniquely valuable perspective on the major opportunities and challenges looming in the battery space.

Join us as we host Dr. Grundish for a lively discussion on these topics and more, and make sure to bring your questions!
